Information we collect

We collect the contact, traveler, pickup, journey preference and payment-status information submitted through the booking system or contact form. If you submit a review, we collect its display name, rating, text and optional email and country. Card details are processed directly by Stripe or PayPal and are not stored by this application.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare and deliver requested services, respond to inquiries, communicate about bookings, process and reconcile payments, moderate reviews, meet legal obligations and protect the booking system.

Analytics, advertising and live chat

If enabled by the administrator, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or Tawk live chat may process device, usage, referral, conversation or cookie information. Availability of these tools does not mean they are active; their identifiers can be disabled in administration. Non-essential tracking should remain disabled until any legally required consent mechanism is in place.

Who receives it

Only information required to deliver the journey may be shared with relevant hotels, guides, drivers, activity providers and payment processors. Booking QR images contain a signed, limited verification URL and are rendered by a QR image provider; customer contact details and payment amounts are not included in that public verification record. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Booking, inquiry and review records are retained only as long as reasonably required for service, accounting, moderation, dispute and legal purposes. Administrative access is restricted and the website uses encrypted connections.
