Local Market Visit
Our adventure Start with a leisurely stroll through a local market, immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere as we select fresh vegetables and ingredients for our cooking.
Stop 3
Mint Tea Welcome
Upon arrival at my beautiful house, our experience unfolds with a blend of theory and practice. We start with a traditional mint tea ceremony accompanied by Moroccan pastries, and learn about the exotic flavors that define Moroccan cuisine.
Stop 4
Tagine & Salad Workshop
Our class starts with preparing a chicken tagine with preserved lemon, olives, and Taliouine saffron. We'll also see a demo of a Berber vegetable tagine. Crafting two Moroccan salads and enjoying pancakes with honey and almonds follow.
Stop 5
Lunch & Tasting
Then, we taste our dishes for lunch.
Stop 6
Graduation Ceremony
To mark the culmination of our culinary adventure, we celebrate our skills with a graduation ceremony.

This is a must do tour. Ayoub provides a very personal experience cooking with his family in their beautiful home. His mother is a delight, as she serves you a traditional tea, then prepares your meal and assists you making a tagine with the fresh ingredients you helped find at a local market. You will enjoy eating the tasty dishes and hospitality of Ayoub's family. I recommend you take this wonderful opportunity!

If you are looking for something better than going where all of the other tourists go, then this is for you. Ayoub took us to his mother’s and we were welcomed into her home. Being instructed in the ingredients and technique as we prepared our meal was an enjoyable time. The meal was delicious, hospitality first rate.
