Discover Casablanca on the guided Smiley e-bike route with Véloxygène, riding along the Corniche before heading into upper Anfa. Electric assistance helps you enjoy the coastal scenery and the hills. The ride covers approximately 20 km in 90 minutes, subject to route and operating conditions.

Your return transfer takes you from your Casablanca city pickup point to the cycling departure site and brings you back after the ride.

Please provide every rider’s age and height before travel. Wear closed shoes and comfortable clothing. The route may change with traffic, weather or operating conditions. How much does it cost and what is the minimum?+

USD 100 per participant, with a minimum of two participants (USD 200 per booking). Three participants cost USD 300; four USD 400; five USD 500. Every participating child counts toward the total and must meet the operator’s rider and bicycle-fit requirements. Maximum five participants per booking. Display or payment in another currency follows the site’s current conversion rate.

How long is the experience?+

The guided ride is approximately 90 minutes and around 20 km. Allow additional time for pickup, transfers, bicycle fitting and briefing. Exact pickup and return times depend on your address, traffic and conditions.

Is return transport included?+

Yes. The Smiley price includes return transport from an agreed Casablanca city pickup point to the ride departure site and back.

Can we depart from another city?+

Yes, on request. Share your departure city and address so MLV can confirm the additional transfer price and timing before payment.

Are meals included?+

Meals are not included unless expressly added to your written confirmation.

Can cruise passengers book?+

Yes. Casablanca cruise guests meet at United Nations Square after taking the ship shuttle. Share your docking and all-aboard times; direct ship or pier pickup is not included.

Guest allowance: Base price covers up to 2 guests. Maximum 5 guests per booking. Enter adults and children accurately; the booking form calculates any stated supplements.
Access and mobility: Tell MLV about wheelchair use, steps, walking limitations or assistance needs before booking. A private tour does not guarantee step-free access or an adapted vehicle. The agreed route and equipment must suit your needs.
Children and luggage: Give children’s ages and any child-seat, stroller or extra-luggage requirements before booking. Seats and vehicle capacity must be explicitly confirmed; there is no automatic guarantee.
Meeting time: You can request any local start time (HH:mm, 00:00–23:59) or select Flexible. Sunrise activities, venue hours, ship schedules and operator arrangements may constrain the final meeting time; your final written confirmation governs.
Weather and disruption: Weather, official closures and transport disruption may change the route or activity. Contact MLV if your service cannot operate. Any alternative, rescheduling or refund follows the stated booking terms and cancellation policy.
What to bring: Comfortable shoes, sun protection, water and a light layer. Respect religious-site dress and photography rules.
