How long is the Marrakech day trip from Casablanca?+
The experience is approximately 12–14 hours, including the journey between Casablanca and Marrakech. Driving typically takes around 2.5–3 hours each way, depending on traffic.
What will we visit in Marrakech?+
The itinerary can include Koutoubia Mosque & Gardens, Bahia Palace, the Mellah Jewish Quarter & Synagogue, Ben Youssef Madrasa, the Medina, traditional souks, and Jemaa el-Fna Square.
Can we visit all Marrakech monuments in one day?+
Marrakech has too many monuments to visit comfortably in a single day. The itinerary therefore focuses on selected highlights. You may replace an included monument with another, or keep the original itinerary and add extra sites at your own expense, subject to time and opening hours.
Can we add Majorelle Garden and the museums?+

Ayoub was an excellent guide for us on this tour from Casablanca to Marrakech. He is very knowledgeable about the city and its history. He had the city tour organized and in a safe and efficient manner. He was polite, personable and thoughtful. I can't say enough good things about him as a guide. I would like to add some additional comments about the whole tour. This tour was a little out of the ordinary for us. The drive to and from Marrakech was safe and allowed for reasonable rest stops/coffee breaks. He and his driver were ready and waiting at the shop terminal and had us back on time. I highly recommend Ayoub as a wonderful guide to Marrakech.

A Morocco Luxury Vacations experience
Despite the very hot temperatures in mid-August, we had a wonderful day with our guide, Ayoub and his driver. Our van was spacious, well airconditioned and clean. Ayoub was waiting for us in the lobby of our hotel for our 8AM journey from Casablanca to Marrakech. Ayoub shared history of Casablanca as we left the city for our three hour journey to Marrakech, but paced his tour with plenty of quiet time for us to just enjoy the sites and nap a bit. We made multiple stops in Marrakech, with Ayoub keeping in mind the uncomfortable heat which we truly appreciated. Ayoub recommended a lovely restaurant for lunch and we enjoyed this break before exploring the main medina. We did a bit of wandering and then a couple of stops for items we were looking for in particular - oils and dye, and later, traditional local carpets. Running out of space - we highly recommend Ayoub!
