The experience
Travel from Fes to Volubilis for a guided look at the Roman site's streets, public buildings and surviving mosaics. The experience gives the ruins time and context rather than treating them as a roadside photograph. A private vehicle and driver then connect the route to Meknes.
After a lunch pause at your own expense, explore an agreed public city route around the historic centre. Restoration work or access restrictions may affect monuments, so the confirmation identifies any included admissions. A brief public viewpoint around Moulay Idriss can fit the road route when practical; religious interiors are not promised. Return to Fes at the end of the day.

Meet your driver at the agreed Fes city pickup and confirm the day's return plan. Travel towards Volubilis, with practical road breaks as needed. The eight-to-nine-hour programme balances the archaeological visit and Meknes with the drive; an additional stop is included only when it fits the agreed route and timing.
Explore Volubilis with the listed local guiding and standard admission. Follow permitted paths through the archaeological remains, with explanations of the site’s layout and mosaics. Much of the visit is exposed, so bring water, sun protection and suitable shoes. Some areas can be restricted for conservation or site management.
Where included in your agreed schedule, pause at a permitted public viewpoint or public streets around Moulay Idriss to learn about the town’s significance. Religious interiors are excluded. Your guide keeps the day focused on the archaeological visit at Volubilis and the planned Meknes stops.
Continue to Meknes for the agreed public-city route and a lunch break at your own expense. Opening hours and restoration works can affect access around monuments, so the guide explains what is accessible on the day. Paid admissions outside the listed Volubilis entry and personal purchases are separate.
Complete the selected Meknes stops and return by road to the agreed Fes finish point. Confirm any train, flight or evening appointment before booking so the schedule can be assessed realistically. The programme does not guarantee access to every monument or include an onward transfer to a different city.

The standard Mercedes Vito covers up to 5 passengers and 8 large suitcases. A larger vehicle for up to 16, 20 or 30 passengers adds USD 200 per service day once for the party, in addition to the listed extra-person charges. This journey has 1 service day; the larger-vehicle supplement is USD 200 total. The optional luxury upgrade for up to 5 guests costs USD 100 total (USD 100/day). Model and larger-vehicle luggage allocation are arranged by MLV.

We had an an amazing tour with Hesham. Our cruise had changed our port dates around and Ayoub organized one of his colleagues to help us out!
Hesham communicated very well where we would meet and had our transportation ready to meet us! With a big party of 8 it was perfect. He was conscientious on our time and we never felt rushed. We asked for a traditional Moroccan meal for lunch and it he was able to get us in to a fantastic restaurant. He was knowledgeable and detailed with the history of Casablanca. I would recommend his tour to anyone!
Ayoub was an outstanding guide, customizing a full day tour of Casablanca with a focus on Jewish sites. He created a fabulous day for our group. Highest recommendation!
Overall, our 7 day Moroccan tour was outstanding to say the least . We were able to see the imperial cities except for Meknes, experience the food , the culture , the beautiful mosques , and taking a walk at their bustling medinas and souks. We also got to experience the exhilarating hot air balloon, and camel ride, had a wonderful dinner and watch belly dancers do their exotic dancing and get to take thousand of beautiful pictures! I would like to thank our tour guide Mr Ayoub for making all these possible. He worked so hard, making arrangements for our bags , carrying our heavy luggage’s coordinating with hotel staff , since we did our own hotel booking and never once complained. He gave us restaurant recommendations and they were beyond excellent too. He allowed my group, freedom to take as much pictures as they want to, shop as long as we want. Thank you Mr Ayoub ! It was an amazing experience and a vacation to remember for the rest of our lives . Please thank our wonderful driver Mr Khalid too.
