Arrange a private transfer from Marrakech airport to your confirmed city accommodation. Provide the flight number, passenger count and luggage details so MLV can arrange a suitable vehicle and confirm the included waiting time. Meet at the named arrivals point after clearing the airport.

The driver takes you to a vehicle-accessible hotel entrance or the nearest legal road point for a pedestrian riad. The 30–60-minute estimate refers to road travel and varies with traffic and the address; immigration and baggage collection are separate. Porter service, return travel and hotels outside the approved city zone are excluded unless added to your booking in advance.

Stop 1

Flight coordination

Provide the flight number, arrival date, terminal information, destination address and the party's passenger and luggage totals before travel. MLV uses these details to coordinate the transfer. The published thirty-to-sixty-minute estimate concerns the road journey; immigration, baggage collection and time before meeting are additional.

Stop 2

Arrivals meeting

After completing airport formalities, meet the driver at the confirmed public arrivals landmark using the agreed identification instructions. Keep your phone available and contact MLV if baggage or formalities delay you. Included waiting and any additional waiting charges follow the confirmed booking rather than an unlimited waiting promise.

Stop 3

Vehicle and luggage

Load the vehicle within the accepted passenger and luggage allowance. The standard Mercedes Vito arrangement is for up to five passengers and eight large cases; larger parties require the appropriate booked upgrade. Declare unusual or oversized items before travel so the vehicle choice can be assessed.

Stop 4

City transfer

Travel privately to the agreed Marrakech city address, with the route chosen for traffic and lawful access. This is a point-to-point transfer rather than a sightseeing tour. Stops, a different destination, travel outside the accepted city area and a return airport journey need separate arrangements.

Stop 5

Drop-off

Finish at the address where vehicles may legally stop, or the nearest agreed access point for a pedestrian medina riad. Confirm walking directions with your accommodation in advance. A porter or baggage service beyond the vehicle drop-off is separate unless expressly added to the booking.

This journey has 1 service day. An optional luxury vehicle upgrade for 1–5 guests costs USD 100 per day; exact model is arranged by MLV. Larger-vehicle luggage allocation is agreed with MLV.

Guest pricing: the base private-booking rate includes 3 guests. Additional adults cost $25.00 each and additional children cost $25.00 each for the complete experience. Maximum party: 30 guests. The checkout total includes any applicable vehicle supplement and short-notice surcharge before payment.

Does the rate cover three people?+

The base booking covers up to three guests, subject to the confirmed luggage and vehicle allowance.

Will the vehicle reach our riad door?+

Many medina lanes are pedestrian-only. Drop-off is at the nearest agreed legal road point.

Is the return to the airport included?+

No. This is a one-way arrival transfer.

What if our flight is delayed?+

Send your flight number before travel. Your confirmation states the flight-monitoring arrangements, included waiting time and any delayed-arrival charges.

Can we bring oversized luggage?+

Declare it in advance. A larger vehicle may be required; capacity is not assumed from guest count alone.

Are child seats included?+

Request the required seat type before confirmation; availability and any price must be verified.

How many guests can book and what do extra guests cost?+

This offer accepts up to 30 guests. The base price includes 3 guests; each additional adult or child costs USD 25. Where private transport is included, MLV provides its Mercedes Vito configuration for up to 5 passengers and 8 large suitcases; parties above 5 use the USD 200/day larger-vehicle option. Groups above 30 guests require a separate arrangement; eligible smaller parties can book online.

What do larger vehicles and luxury upgrades cost?+

The standard Mercedes Vito covers up to 5 passengers and 8 large suitcases. A larger vehicle for up to 16, 20 or 30 passengers adds USD 200 per service day once for the party, in addition to the listed extra-person charges. This journey has 1 service day; the larger-vehicle supplement is USD 200 total. The optional luxury upgrade for up to 5 guests costs USD 100 total (USD 100/day). Model and larger-vehicle luggage allocation are arranged by MLV.

Pickup outside the stated area: Only the locations expressly included in this experience are covered. Request a written price before booking a distant hotel, airport, port or different return point. No unlisted transfer supplement is charged automatically.
Languages: English. Request another language before booking; it is subject to guide availability and a separately agreed price where applicable.
Guest allowance: Base price covers up to 3 guests. Maximum 30 guests per booking. Enter adults and children accurately; the booking form calculates any stated supplements.
Access and mobility: Tell MLV about wheelchair use, steps, walking limitations or assistance needs before booking. A private tour does not guarantee step-free access or an adapted vehicle. The agreed route and equipment must suit your needs.
Children and luggage: Give children’s ages and any child-seat, stroller or extra-luggage requirements before booking. Seats and vehicle capacity must be explicitly confirmed; there is no automatic guarantee.

Private tour of Casablanca for up to 16 people

We had an an amazing tour with Hesham. Our cruise had changed our port dates around and Ayoub organized one of his colleagues to help us out!
Hesham communicated very well where we would meet and had our transportation ready to meet us! With a big party of 8 it was perfect. He was conscientious on our time and we never felt rushed. We asked for a traditional Moroccan meal for lunch and it he was able to get us in to a fantastic restaurant. He was knowledgeable and detailed with the history of Casablanca. I would recommend his tour to anyone!

Casablanca Jewish Heritage And Highlights

Ayoub was an outstanding guide, customizing a full day tour of Casablanca with a focus on Jewish sites. He created a fabulous day for our group. Highest recommendation!

7 day Moroccan Tour

Overall, our 7 day Moroccan tour was outstanding to say the least . We were able to see the imperial cities except for Meknes, experience the food , the culture , the beautiful mosques , and taking a walk at their bustling medinas and souks. We also got to experience the exhilarating hot air balloon, and camel ride, had a wonderful dinner and watch belly dancers do their exotic dancing and get to take thousand of beautiful pictures! I would like to thank our tour guide Mr Ayoub for making all these possible. He worked so hard, making arrangements for our bags , carrying our heavy luggage’s coordinating with hotel staff , since we did our own hotel booking and never once complained. He gave us restaurant recommendations and they were beyond excellent too. He allowed my group, freedom to take as much pictures as they want to, shop as long as we want. Thank you Mr Ayoub ! It was an amazing experience and a vacation to remember for the rest of our lives . Please thank our wonderful driver Mr Khalid too.
