Travel privately to the confirmed Marrakech spa for a hammam and massage arrangement specified before payment. The spa explains changing facilities, treatment sequence and privacy arrangements on arrival. The duration of each treatment must be stated separately from the overall transfer-inclusive time.

Private transfers do not imply exclusive use of the spa, a private hammam room or a couples' treatment room. Those arrangements require explicit confirmation. Standard towels and treatment products are included only as described in the accepted spa package. Medical treatment, extra products and unlisted rituals are excluded.

Stop 1

Private pickup

Meet your private driver at the agreed Marrakech pickup for transfer to the named spa. Confirm the treatment package already selected rather than adding services at arrival by assumption. The overall two-and-a-half-to-three-hour programme includes transport and check-in as well as treatments.

Stop 2

Spa consultation

Discuss comfort, privacy preferences and relevant health or skin concerns with the spa staff before beginning. The provider explains changing arrangements and the treatment sequence. A private vehicle does not imply an exclusive hammam, couples' treatment room or gender-specific staff unless those arrangements are expressly confirmed.

Stop 3

Hammam treatment

Follow the hammam staff through the cleansing ritual included in your booking, taking breaks from the heat when needed. Your confirmed treatment details set out the duration and products. Tell staff immediately if you feel uncomfortable. This is a wellness experience, not a medical treatment.

Stop 4

Massage

Continue with the selected massage under the provider's accepted arrangements. Pressure, privacy and any product sensitivities should be discussed before treatment starts. Additional therapies, upgrades or refreshments are included only if listed; the programme does not promise an unspecified treatment duration or a particular room layout.

Stop 5

Tea and return

Allow time to change and complete check-out, then meet your driver for the return to the agreed Marrakech address. Riad drop-off is at the permitted vehicle access point. Keep the return schedule flexible around the spa's actual sequence rather than assuming the entire booking window is treatment time.

Vehicle options: standard Mercedes Vito for up to 5 passengers and 8 large suitcases. Parties of 6–16, 17–20 or 21–30 passengers receive the appropriate larger vehicle at an additional USD 200 per service day, charged once per party, plus the listed extra-person prices. This journey has 1 service day. An optional luxury vehicle upgrade for 1–5 guests costs USD 100 per day; exact model is arranged by MLV. Larger-vehicle luggage allocation is agreed with MLV.

Guest pricing: the base private-booking rate includes 2 guests. Additional adults cost $155.00 each and additional children cost $155.00 each for the complete experience. Maximum party: 30 guests. The checkout total includes any applicable vehicle supplement and short-notice surcharge before payment.

Is the hammam room private?+

Only if that room arrangement is expressly confirmed. Private transfers do not guarantee room exclusivity.

How long is the massage?+

The massage, hammam and return transfers have separate timings. Ask MLV to confirm the massage duration before booking; the overall experience duration is not all treatment time.

Can we choose therapist preferences?+

Request them before confirmation; staff allocation depends on the spa's approved availability.

Are extra spa products included?+

No. Only standard products in the accepted package are included.

Is this a medical treatment?+

How many guests can book and what do extra guests cost?+

This offer accepts up to 30 guests. The base price includes 2 guests; each additional adult or child costs USD 155. Where private transport is included, MLV provides its Mercedes Vito configuration for up to 5 passengers and 8 large suitcases; parties above 5 use the USD 200/day larger-vehicle option. Groups above 30 guests require a separate arrangement; eligible smaller parties can book online.

What do larger vehicles and luxury upgrades cost?+

The standard Mercedes Vito covers up to 5 passengers and 8 large suitcases. A larger vehicle for up to 16, 20 or 30 passengers adds USD 200 per service day once for the party, in addition to the listed extra-person charges. This journey has 1 service day; the larger-vehicle supplement is USD 200 total. The optional luxury upgrade for up to 5 guests costs USD 100 total (USD 100/day). Model and larger-vehicle luggage allocation are arranged by MLV.

Guest allowance: Base price covers up to 2 guests. Maximum 30 guests per booking. Enter adults and children accurately; the booking form calculates any stated supplements.
Access and mobility: Tell MLV about wheelchair use, steps, walking limitations or assistance needs before booking. A private tour does not guarantee step-free access or an adapted vehicle. The agreed route and equipment must suit your needs.

Private tour of Casablanca for up to 16 people

We had an an amazing tour with Hesham. Our cruise had changed our port dates around and Ayoub organized one of his colleagues to help us out!
Hesham communicated very well where we would meet and had our transportation ready to meet us! With a big party of 8 it was perfect. He was conscientious on our time and we never felt rushed. We asked for a traditional Moroccan meal for lunch and it he was able to get us in to a fantastic restaurant. He was knowledgeable and detailed with the history of Casablanca. I would recommend his tour to anyone!

Casablanca Jewish Heritage And Highlights

Ayoub was an outstanding guide, customizing a full day tour of Casablanca with a focus on Jewish sites. He created a fabulous day for our group. Highest recommendation!

7 day Moroccan Tour

Overall, our 7 day Moroccan tour was outstanding to say the least . We were able to see the imperial cities except for Meknes, experience the food , the culture , the beautiful mosques , and taking a walk at their bustling medinas and souks. We also got to experience the exhilarating hot air balloon, and camel ride, had a wonderful dinner and watch belly dancers do their exotic dancing and get to take thousand of beautiful pictures! I would like to thank our tour guide Mr Ayoub for making all these possible. He worked so hard, making arrangements for our bags , carrying our heavy luggage’s coordinating with hotel staff , since we did our own hotel booking and never once complained. He gave us restaurant recommendations and they were beyond excellent too. He allowed my group, freedom to take as much pictures as they want to, shop as long as we want. Thank you Mr Ayoub ! It was an amazing experience and a vacation to remember for the rest of our lives . Please thank our wonderful driver Mr Khalid too.
