Meet your food guide in central Marrakech and review the agreed tasting programme before setting off. Move between selected food stops on foot, using the dishes to discuss everyday cooking and the medina's evening rhythms. The route includes time to eat rather than a rushed series of samples.

A private guide does not make the food venues exclusive; seating and queues can be shared with other diners. The confirmed tasting list, portions and drinks define what is included. Finish with tea and a sweet item, then walk to the agreed central endpoint. This is a tasting walk, not a cooking class; alcohol and additional orders are excluded.

How your experience unfolds

Stop 1

Central meeting

Meet your guide at the agreed central Marrakech landmark and review the tasting plan and previously accepted dietary needs. The walk combines neighbourhood context with the included food stops. Wear comfortable shoes and tell the guide about walking limitations; the route follows busy public streets rather than a private dining venue.

Stop 2

First savoury stops

Begin with the first savoury tastings at the selected operating venues. The guide explains the dishes, ingredients and local eating customs as you try the portions listed in the confirmed programme. The guiding is private to your party, but stalls, restaurants and tables may be shared with other customers.

Stop 3

Further tastings

Continue between the tasting stops at a comfortable pace, with time for questions and short rests. The guide may adjust the order to suit opening hours and availability while keeping the tastings included in your booking. Extra personal orders and unlisted drinks are paid separately. Souvenir shopping is optional.

Stop 4

Tea and sweet finish

Finish the included tasting sequence with the tea and sweet items described in the programme. Accepted dietary adaptations must be arranged before the tour, and shared kitchens are not guaranteed free of cross-contact. Alcohol, a cooking class and additional restaurant meals are not part of this walking experience.

Stop 5

Central return

Return towards the agreed central finish point and review the dishes you have tried. The guide can orient you for exploring independently or reaching your next meeting. The approximately three-hour tour includes walking and tastings; transport to accommodation outside the meeting area is separate unless expressly included.

Private transport, where included: Mercedes Vito configured for up to 5 passengers and up to 8 large suitcases, subject to the agreed luggage allowance. Larger parties require a separately agreed vehicle and quote.

Guest pricing: the base private-booking rate includes 2 guests. Additional adults cost $85.00 each and additional children cost $85.00 each for the complete experience. Maximum party: 5 guests. The checkout total includes any applicable vehicle supplement and short-notice surcharge before payment.

No. You taste food prepared by the selected venues and walk between the stops.

Are restaurants private for us?+

Can we order extra food?+

Will the exact stalls stay the same?+

The confirmed programme may use agreed alternatives if a venue closes; substitutions must still fit the accepted menu and dietary needs.

How many guests can book and what do extra guests cost?+

This offer accepts up to 5 guests. The base price includes 2 guests; each additional adult or child costs USD 85. Where private transport is included, MLV provides its Mercedes Vito configuration for up to 5 passengers and 8 large suitcases. Larger groups need a separate quote.

Pickup outside the stated area: Only the locations expressly included in this experience are covered. Request a written price before booking a distant hotel, airport, port or different return point. No unlisted transfer supplement is charged automatically.
Languages: English. Request another language before booking; it is subject to guide availability and a separately agreed price where applicable.
Guest allowance: Base price covers up to 2 guests. Maximum 5 guests per booking. Enter adults and children accurately; the booking form calculates any stated supplements.
Access and mobility: Tell MLV about wheelchair use, steps, walking limitations or assistance needs before booking. A private tour does not guarantee step-free access or an adapted vehicle. The agreed route and equipment must suit your needs.
Children and luggage: Give children’s ages and any child-seat, stroller or extra-luggage requirements before booking. Seats and vehicle capacity must be explicitly confirmed; there is no automatic guarantee.
Meeting time: Evening — exact meeting time confirmed. Your final written arrangements confirm the exact time.
Weather and disruption: Weather, official closures and transport disruption may change the route or activity. Contact MLV if your service cannot operate. Any alternative, rescheduling or refund follows the stated booking terms and cancellation policy.

Private tour of Casablanca for up to 16 people

We had an an amazing tour with Hesham. Our cruise had changed our port dates around and Ayoub organized one of his colleagues to help us out!
Hesham communicated very well where we would meet and had our transportation ready to meet us! With a big party of 8 it was perfect. He was conscientious on our time and we never felt rushed. We asked for a traditional Moroccan meal for lunch and it he was able to get us in to a fantastic restaurant. He was knowledgeable and detailed with the history of Casablanca. I would recommend his tour to anyone!

Casablanca Jewish Heritage And Highlights

Ayoub was an outstanding guide, customizing a full day tour of Casablanca with a focus on Jewish sites. He created a fabulous day for our group. Highest recommendation!

7 day Moroccan Tour

Overall, our 7 day Moroccan tour was outstanding to say the least . We were able to see the imperial cities except for Meknes, experience the food , the culture , the beautiful mosques , and taking a walk at their bustling medinas and souks. We also got to experience the exhilarating hot air balloon, and camel ride, had a wonderful dinner and watch belly dancers do their exotic dancing and get to take thousand of beautiful pictures! I would like to thank our tour guide Mr Ayoub for making all these possible. He worked so hard, making arrangements for our bags , carrying our heavy luggage’s coordinating with hotel staff , since we did our own hotel booking and never once complained. He gave us restaurant recommendations and they were beyond excellent too. He allowed my group, freedom to take as much pictures as they want to, shop as long as we want. Thank you Mr Ayoub ! It was an amazing experience and a vacation to remember for the rest of our lives . Please thank our wonderful driver Mr Khalid too.
